Magical Christmas Activities in Marbella

Tis the season to be merry at The Urban Villa and although the temperatures are still in the 20s it’s starting to feel very festive. We’re actually pleased that the nights have got a bit colder in the last week, as it’s a great excuse to get the fire lit and cozy up. The clear winter days give us the best views from our terrace and we can sometimes even see lights twinkling on the coast of Africa – beautiful.

We’re looking forward to celebrating with you all here in the hills above Marbella and making your Christmas very special. To kick off our celebrations we have a tree decorating party on Saturday 5th December from 18.00-19.30, where we will spoiling guests with yummy canapés and traditional mince pies – our treat! We’d love your creative ideas for how our tree will look the best, and if any little ones want to make decorations before they arrive, that would be wonderful.

The carols will be playing, there will be champagne corks popping, the wine will be mulling, the fire will be crackling merrily in the grate and you can channel your creativity to make the tree look a million dollars. It’s been so warm that it’s been hard to believe that it’s nearly Christmas, but this will be the perfect way to get into the festive spirit.

After we’ve decorated the tree, why not stay for a delicious meal on our Mirador Terrace from 19.30?  Our talented cook Suny is inspired by the seasons and fresh local produce. She cooks from the heart to create really exciting, delicious food that will get your taste buds tingling. The candle light and the twinkling lights of Marbella and the fresh air makes this a very special place to start the Christmas season.

Please book your place on our Christmas Tree Decorating Party on December 5th and let us know if you want to stay for dinner, or reserve a room for the night. Reservations are essential.
